A project has been developed over the last few weeks to provide new audiovisual resources to various PCB meeting and conference rooms to enable video broadcasting of the meeting or seminar over the internet using the usual videoconferencing software: Teams, Zoom… Video cameras have been installed and integrated into the audiovisual systems in these rooms to make this new service available on the computers in the rooms, or on those that a speaker may bring.

From now on, you will have a new service that will allow you to enjoy meetings or seminars in a hybrid environment, both with people who are physically in the room and with people remotely. The public address system of the rooms is integrated into the new system so that people who are remotely present can speak in the same way as if they were in person.

The rooms equipped with this new service are:
– Antoni Caparrós Auditorium
– Dolors Aleu Room
– Fèlix Serratosa Room
– Tower I, Room 3
– Helix Room 3
– Helix Room 4

Apart from the videoconference service, rooms 3 and 4 in the Helix building have had their monitors replaced with new 75″, 4K resolution monitors to substantially improve the quality of projections or videoconferences.
