Changes to the courier service

As of Monday 2 September, user entities will have to contract courier services directly with the service providers. Consequently, the services will be invoiced directly by the provider to the user entities.

However, the reception service in the building lobbies will continue to handle courier orders, as long as you provide them with a list of your service provider options.
