Launch of the new ticketing tool

On Monday 11 November, the PCB will be launching a new ticketing tool to manage requests sent to the PCB IT and Telecommunications Service. This tool allows you to open ticket orders, check their status and make any comments you deem necessary until they are resolved. It will replace the emails you previously sent to sic@pcb.ub.es. 

You can access the tool through a user code and password. The user code will be the email address you provide on the registration form for registration in our systems. The user manual is enclosed. Remember that from 11 November all your requests or incidents will have to be managed through this tool.

This tool will allow us to better serve you and provide users with more accurate information on the status of their requests.
