Diario Médico calls CRAASH Barcelona one of the ‘Best Ideas’ 2018

CRAASH Barcelona, the acceleration program Biocat launched this year under its Moebio initiative, has been recognized by Diario Médico as one of the Best Ideas 2018. The initiative was recognized in the Digital Health/Technology category. The program is an bootcamp of EIT Health, the largest European health consortium, and is organized by Biocat, based in the Barcelona science Park, in collaboration with CIMIT.

 

CRAASH Barcelona a is an intensive 12-week program that trains European research groups to launch  to market their healthtech technologies in a period of between 3 and 5 years to improve health and patient care.

Teams move research to market through mentoring from experts at CIMIT (Boston), the most experienced health accelerator in the world. l’acceleradora de salut amb més experiència a l’àmbit mundia and validate their problem-solution and solution-market fit in some of the top healthcare ecosystems in US (Boston) and Europe (Barcelona, Paris, Delft). The first edition of CRAASH Barcelona had eight participating projects.

The Diario Médico ‘Best Ideas 2018‘ awards, now in the 17th year, recognize the work of professionals, institutions and companies that have helped improve medicine and healthcare over the course of the year.
