Entry protocol for events, seminars and congresses at the PCB

For safety reasons, external attendees to events held at the PCB must be correctly identified by means of an official document, ID card or passport, and must be registered in advance for the event.

If a person from outside the PCB community is not registered as an attendee at an event or does not identify themselves, this person will not be allowed access to the PCB facilities.

Event organisers at the PCB are requested to do the following to expedite this task:

· Organisers will have to hand in a list of attendees, in alphabetical order by surname, at the receptions on the day before the event.

· The same list must include an operational contact telephone number to deal with possible incidents. For example, if a person is not on the list of registered persons, they will only be allowed in if the organiser authorises their entry. If the organiser cannot be contacted, the person will not be allowed to enter the PCB premises.

· Please ask the attendees to arrive early enough to arrange registration and to bring an identification document.

In case of events with certain particularities or in case of doubts about the procedure, do not hesitate to contact recepciocluster@pcb.ub.es.
