Recently, operators working in the repair works of the outer platform have had some incidents with Park users who haven’t respected the signposts or the indications, with the danger that this implies for both users and operators.

Although we are aware that it is the minority who display this type of behaviour is and by no means represents the majority of users, we would like to remind you that if you have any doubts, complaints or comments, you should contact the operations department (operacions@pcb.ub.cat) directly, and we please ask you not to question the operators directly.

The PCB carries out various works throughout the year to renew and improve our facilities. Sometimes these works can affect mobility and access to different areas, mainly to ensure the safety of the park’s users or due to the requirements of the intervention itself (e.g., to prevent treading on wet paint).

In order to ensure that everyone is informed there are different channels such as the notifications provided in the T’interessa newsletter, the intranet as well as posters and indications in the affected areas.
