On Monday 3 October, yoga classes will resume with Silvia Delgado. Classes will take place every Monday in two shifts: one in the morning from 8 am to 9 am and the other in the evening from 6 pm to 7 pm, and you can only select one shift to give as many people as possible the opportunity to participate. The term will end in December. The second term will start on January 2, for which you must register to continue with the place.

Please take note of the yoga classes’ conditions of participation:

• The cost of the classes is €35 per quarter, which will be paid directly to the teacher and which is entirely for her. Payment will be made in cash on the first day of class.
• The PCB provides the Dolors Aleu room free of charge for the activity to take place. However, as the room’s priority is for professional events, if this space is needed for something else, priority will be given to the professional activity, and the yoga class will be rescheduled on another day depending on availability.
• The room must be left the way it was found before class. All participants are responsible for putting everything in the room back where it was found, if things have to be reorganised for the activity.
• The teacher will be responsible for notifying participants of any changes affecting the activity.
• Participants must provide their own materials for the activity.
• The PCB provides changing rooms in Cluster I building.
