The FBG signs a collaboration agreement with AMCES to promote mentoring

The Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (FBG) and the Spanish Association of Mentoring (AMCES) have signed an agreement with the aim of working together in the mentoring of business projects emerged from the University of Barcelona and assessed by the FBG, based at the Barcelona Science Park (PCB).

The AMCES, which is devoted to promoting mentoring through a network of reference for the entrepreneurial world, will be an optimal partner that will allow the establishment of contacts between researchers who have a business idea and business professionals with the ability to offer support and guidance to new entrepreneurs.

This collaboration will be very beneficial, especially for sme of the activities related to the Foundation, such as ‘Health & Bio Team Dating’—whose goal is bringing together researchers and entrepreneurs with the aim of forming a team capable of leading a start-up in the field of healthcare—or for the FBG’s grant call ‘Mentor in Residence’, which offers the possibility of having a mentor specialized in the management of entrepreneurial projects to the entrepreneurial team of a spin-off of the UB.
