Everyone can feel distressed by a problem or unable to continue with previous routines and obligations at some point. Often, these feelings are transient and can be overcome with your own resources or the help of family or friends who offer emotional support, practical help to solve a problem or simply listen in these difficult situations.

However, discomfort is not always transient and this help may be insufficient. In these cases, it is advisable to consult professionals who can provide more specific advice to resolve the situation as soon as possible and with the least possible suffering for the person.
